Work process

 

The vacuum emulsifying machine is a complete system integrating mixing, dispersing,
homogenization, emulsification and powder sucktion. It has an electric control system
and can also be used with peripheral oil tank and water tank, vacuum, heating/cooling systems, etc. 
It is a special equipment for the production of medicinal ointments, high-quality creams, lotions, etc.
The material is stirred by the paddle, and the PTFE scrapers are equipped on the paddle 
which  always fit to the surface of the wall, sweep away the sticky material on the wall.
then the material flows down to the homogenizer on the bottom.
passes through the seam between the high speed turning rotor and the stator of the homogenizer to shear,
impact stronly. and quickly is broken into 1um-2um particles.
the different phases of the material mix and emulsify to form stable,smooth cream.
 
 
Because the emulsification tank is in a vacuum state, the air bubbles
generated during the mixing process of the material are drawn away in time.
